Our Principal Advisor, Kim Gerhardt, has over 30 years of experience in financial services and management consulting, with expertise in growth strategies, operational excellence, and risk management. She is passionate about how the use of technology and data in financial services enables access to credit, creates new channels, protects against fraud, and empowers financial institutions to grow and manage their business.
Kim has been at the forefront of FinTech, creating first-of-its-kind industry consortiums enabling new entrant challengers to sit alongside of traditional banks to understand industry performance and share data analytics, best practices, and perspectives in the industry. Kim worked with new entrant challengers early in their journey as they built their organizations and products to compete against traditional banks and incumbents. Now, many of these organizations are maturing with multiple products, tested business models, proven customer acquisition channels, risk management practices and governance.
